After registration in SAEСIE a customer gets access to fill out the forms with the necessary information about the company. The required forms to fill include: "Basic data about the company", "Data on energy consumption" (for all types of energy resources used in the past 5-8 years and more), "Data on output", etc. Database is formed on the basis of the data entered for separate enterprises.
Database integration with MATLAB package is performed using Database Toolbox package that provides connection with ODBC / JDBC databases, import and export data, and allows use of powerful means of MATLAB platform for processing, analysis and visualization of data. Then the information on energy consumption and production, read from the database, is analyzed by means of MATLAB. Software, developed in MATLAB environment, with use of its packages Neural Network Toolbox, Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, Curve Fitting Toolbox, Statistical Toolbox, Optimization Toolbox, is used as a tool for analysis.
After reading the necessary information from the database, if necessary, verification, sorting and statistical data processing are performed. As the result, possibility of use the main system analysis procedures is determined.
Allowable power consumption range of each company is determined and basic system analysis procedures: interval estimation, forecasting and rationing of energy consumption are performed in each time slot, as the result of approximation of data.
As a result of use of system analysis methods it is determined the following:
all companies with abnormal energy consumption;
priority companies for further energy audit and implementation of energy efficiency measures;
forecast values of energy consumption of companies for planning of organizational and technical measures for energy saving;
annual norms (limits) of energy consumption in order to control energy consumption in the enterprise.
On the basis of the results of system analysis:
recommendations for businesses with abnormal energy consumption are developed;
recommendations for the industry as a whole are developed;
report is generated.
